We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Despite our limited Spanish, they were patient and helped us with everything we needed. The room we stayed in was of excellent quality, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel property was impeccably clean and the pool area was stunning.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink and excellent service.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel, and location close to the beach and shops. Parking and transportation were also convenient.

Although the room was small, there was a balcony with a nice view. The pool area was also very clean and well-maintained. The hotel was conveniently located close to the beach and had easy access to transportation.
The complimentary breakfast was lacking in variety and portion size. The food at the on-site restaurant was overpriced and inaccurate billing occurred twice.

The hotel location is convenient, as guests can quickly reach shops on foot and take advantage of the hill and beach location. the rooms are cozy and clean, with a beautiful pool view from some balconies. the staff is friendly and accommodating, always providing excellent service. the breakfast is included and satisfies those who love sweet baked goods and coffee.
The hotel is located on a busy road, which can be noisy at night.

Spent my Christmas holiday at this hotel and had a great time! the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the key location being close to the beach and having a clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool was a plus. the pool area was beautiful too.
Not a fan of the breakfast, only sweet bread, juice, and coffee were offered for free. Had to purchase actual food at the on-site restaurant, which was expensive, and twice the bill was not added up correctly.
